Blankingship & Keith Partner Paul Terpak Named to the Class of 2024 Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame

Blankingship & Keith is pleased to announce that Partner Paul Terpak has been named to the Class of 2024 Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame by Virginia Lawyers Weekly.

This recognition highlights Paul Terpak's exceptional career in law and his significant contributions to the legal profession. With a distinguished record spanning decades, Paul has solidified his reputation as a leading authority in Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law.

Paul Terpak has been honored five times as Best Lawyers' Washington DC Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law Lawyer of the Year, most recently in 2024.

As the Editor of the standard handbook on Virginia law, "Eminent Domain Law in Virginia," Paul has played a pivotal role in shaping legal understanding and practice in the field. He has also served as Co-Chair of the Virginia State Bar Committee to revise Eminent Domain Jury Instructions and was selected by the Virginia Code Commission to serve on the advisory committee responsible for the complete recodification of all Virginia statutes on eminent domain in 2002.
