Partners Juli Porto and Rob Stoney Achieve $3 Million Settlement for Client

Blankingship & Keith's Personal Injury team obtained a $3 million settlement for our client injured in a head-on collision. 

Our client was hit head-on by a driver who crossed the median. He sustained fractures throughout his body, requiring several surgeries and inpatient rehabilitation. Despite his serious injuries, he made an improbably recovery, due mostly to his determination and dedication to closely following his treatment plan, physical therapy, and exercise. He still suffers from residual pain in his left leg and ankle with movement but has returned to work full time without restrictions.
