Blankingship & Keith’s Juli M. Porto Prevails in Virginia Court of Appeals, Secures Complete Appellate Victory in Divorce Case
Blankingship & Keith appellate attorney Juli M. Porto achieved a significant victory before the Court of Appeals of Virginia, which affirmed the circuit court’s judgment in Pope v. Pope on all issues. The June 24 opinion upheld the Stafford County Circuit Court’s rulings on equitable distribution, spousal support, and attorney fees, rejecting each of the appellant’s claims. The Court concluded that the trial judge properly applied the law.
