Blankingship & Keith offers a collegial working environment, a competitive salary and benefits package, and excellent opportunities for mentorship and professional development.

Blankingship & Keith maintains no set procedure for hiring lawyers, but we are often looking for qualified candidates. We have hired new lawyers through our summer associate program, from clerkships, and by way of lateral moves from the government and from other firms.

We believe that providing hands-on experience is the key to ensuring the professional development of young lawyers, and at Blankingship & Keith that means taking depositions, drafting briefs and transactional documents, arguing in court, and client exposure. The firm attracts lawyers who want those experiences, and it trusts that, with the proper guidance, even its newest lawyers can handle them.

Blankingship & Keith is an equal opportunity employer that hires in conformity with all applicable laws, regardless of age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, disability, or any other factor prohibited by law.

We enjoy life outside the law through firm picnics with our families, firm fishing expeditions, and bike trips.
