Blankingship & Keith successfully overturned a trial court's judgment that had set aside a jury’s fraud verdict. The jury had awarded $124,500 to our client for fraud, which the circuit court then reduced to $24,500 via a judgment notwithstanding verdict (JNOV). The Supreme Court reversed that decision, reinstating the full jury award based on compelling, credible evidence.
