Thomas F.X. Walsh
Thomas’ practice focuses primarily on Civil Litigation, Eminent Domain and Land Use. Thomas has represented condemnors and landowners across the Commonwealth in both the courtroom and mediation. In addition to the Eminent Domain work, Thomas has represented local governments and landowners in various Land Use litigation, including zoning enforcement, rezoning, torts affecting real estate, erroneous assessments, and landlord-tenant actions.”
Prior to joining Blankingship & Keith, Thomas served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Tracy C. Hudson at the Prince William County Circuit Court of Virginia, where he provided critical research and offered recommendations on both civil and criminal cases.
