Michael W. Robinson joined Blankingship & Keith as a partner, bringing decades of experience handling complex business, real estate, and business tort litigation involving trade secrets disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other intra-corporate disputes, as well as the defense of legal malpractice claims. A Past- President of the Virginia State Bar, Michael represents businesses, individuals, law firms, and professionals in high-stakes disputes throughout Northern Virginia in state courts and federal courts, particularly the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Michael has extensive trial and appellate experience and has successfully argued numerous appeals before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Virginia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. His practice also includes counseling attorneys and law firms on legal ethics and the law of lawyering, and representing LLC members in disputes involving ownership, governance, fiduciary duties, and dissolution.
