Kiana N. Gilcrist
Kiana Gilcrist is an associate in Blankingship & Keith’s Medical Malpractice Defense group. She represents hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in a wide range of complex cases.
Before joining the firm, Kiana served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen C. Shannon of the Fairfax County Circuit Court, where she worked closely on civil and criminal matters and developed a strong understanding of courtroom practice. She also gained experience at a Richmond personal injury firm and with an insurance company, giving her a balanced perspective that now informs her defense of healthcare clients.
Kiana approaches each matter with careful preparation and a practical understanding of how cases move through the courts.
