Emily K. Haslebacher
Emily Haslebacher is an associate attorney in the Education Law and Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining Blankingship & Keith, she represented parents of children with disabilities throughout the Commonwealth in a variety of special education and school disciplinary matters arising out of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Emily received her B.A. in Government and International Politics, with a minor in social work, summa cum laude, from George Mason University in 2013, She received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2017. While in law school, she served as a student attorney and research assistant for the William & Mary PELE Special Education Advocacy Clinic, representing low income students with disabilities in education-related matters.
