Bill Casterline has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Blankingship & Keith, PC, is pleased to announce that Bill Casterline, a partner in the firm’s real estate group and chair of the firm’s creditors’ rights group, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (“ACREL”), the nation’s most prestigious honorary organization for real estate lawyers. For over 33 years, Bill has handled a wide variety of complex commercial and residential real estate matters, including sales and leasing of commercial properties, commercial real estate financing transactions, loan workouts, and large commercial foreclosures.

Bill is a recognized leader in real estate and creditors rights by Virginia Legal Elite, Virginia Super Lawyers, and Best Lawyers in America. He is a 1976 graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. Following law school, Bill served four years in the U.S. Army as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
