John Cafferky's practice for the last seventeen years has focused on education law, including advising local school boards, and private schools, and representing them in administrative proceedings, and state and federal trial and appellate courts. His representation has included the substantive areas of tort, Section 1983 or other claims against school boards or staff; student discipline; special education and disability law; employment matters; Freedom of Information Act; First Amendment and other Constitutional issues; and condemnation or other land use issues.
