Quinton Robinson's practice includes representation of businesses and individuals in all areas of business, transactional corporate, partnership law, and state and federal tax law. He counsels individuals on business start-ups, organizes new businesses and advises businesses on ongoing operational issues, employment and shareholder agreements, mergers and reorganizations, regulatory compliance and the purchase and sale of all types of businesses at all financial levels.
Quinton also has a background in tax law and counsels and represents individuals and businesses on a variety of federal, state and local tax matters. He also represents clients on the organization and operation of tax-exempt entities and on various trust and estate planning tax matters.
