Daniel assists clients with a wide range of matters, including civil and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, family law litigation, and medical malpractice defense. He has appeared in proceedings before the state courts of every jurisdiction in Northern Virginia and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Daniel is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation group and family law group.
Daniel’s commercial litigation experience includes contract disputes, real estate matters, employment issues, and business torts. He represents several commercial landlords and management companies in Landlord-Tenant disputes.
In the family law arena, Daniel has represented parents in custody matters, support cases, as well as the division of marital assets. Additionally, he represents parties in contested protective orders hearings.
Daniel represents one of the area’s largest hospital systems in a variety of litigation, including medical malpractice, guardianship issues and employment disputes throughout the courts of Northern Virginia.
Prior to joining the firm he completed a two year clerkship for the Honorable M. Langhorne Keith of the 19th Judicial Circuit, Fairfax County Circuit Court. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia and has been admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Daniel is a native of Northern Virginia and currently resides in Vienna.
