Elizabeth ("Betty Van") Morrogh practices in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates. Her practice includes estate planning, estate and trust administration, and litigation involving fiduciaries (administrators and executors). She counsels clients in the preparation of estate planning documents, including complicated estate tax planning initiatives. She has substantial experience as a litigator and has handled cases involving will contests, disputes among beneficiaries, and removal of fiduciaries. Ms. Morrogh also has represented clients in connection with guardianships and conservatorships for incapacitated persons. In addition to her wills, trusts and estates practice, Ms. Morrogh also handles general civil litigation cases.
