Susan D. Whyte

Biography

Susan Whyte is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Susan was a manuscipts editor of the University of Richmond Law Review and a student attorney in the Jeanette Lipman Family Law Clinic. Susan is also a graduate of the College of William and Mary where she recieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Classical Studies.

Susan joined Blankingship & Keith after graduating from law school in 2013. Susan concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law and general Civil Litigation.

Susan is a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association Young Lawyers' Section.

Representative Cases

  • Susan has acted as lead counsel in custody cases and protective order matters before the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations and Circuit Courts.
  • Susan has further assisted in complex equitable distribution and custody cases before the Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington and Loudoun County Circuit Courts.
