Olivia M.F. Bean

Biography

Olivia Bean's practice focuses primarily on the area of Family Law.  Prior to joining Blankingship & Keith, Olivia served as a civilian attorney at Fort Hood, Texas, where she advised soldiers and their families on matters concerning divorce, custody, division of assets, and military support requirements.

Olivia earned her law degree from Washington and Lee University's School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review and a writing fellow for incoming first year law students.  During her 3L year, she was a member of the W&L Tax Clinic and a research assistant for Professor Brant Hellwig.  After graduation, Olivia completed a clerkship with the Honorable R. Terrence Ney and the Honorable Stephen C. Shannon of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
