Lauren Fredericksen Randall

Biography

Lauren Fredericksen Randall's practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law and commercial matters. She has represented both corporate and individual clients in proceedings in state courts in Northern Virginia and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Lauren's practice also includes education law and litigation.

Lauren is active in the Fairfax Bar Association, and she currently serves on the Board of the Fairfax Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.

Prior to joining Blankingship & Keith, Lauren completed a clerkship with the Honorable Jan L. Brodie of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. 

Lauren earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from George Mason University School of Law, where she served as a notes editor for the George Mason Law Review, served as vice president of the school's pro bono society, and competed on the school's moot court team and international arbitration moot court team.  Lauren received her undergraduate degree with honors distinction in legal studies and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
